Vina del Mar is the seaside city right next to Valparaiso where the first area consists mainly of some great looking luxury condo high-rises overlooking the ocean, while driving past that takes you to the very entertaining beachfront Renaca area and past that a winding road right along the Pacific coast with some gorgeous views of the coast along the way.
